CCA Objectives
- To provide the girls with the opportunity for self-training in the development of character, in the realisation of responsible citizenship and promotion of service to the community.
- To maintain a high ethical standard based on the aims and principles embodied in the “Promise and Law” as laid down by the Founder.
- To encourage international goodwill and understanding by establishing friendly relations with girls of other nations.
- Overall to provide unparalleled opportunities for girls to discover and develop their strengths, their skills and their fullest potential, to become responsible citizens of the world.
Key programmes
Motto : Be Prepared A comprehensive 5-Point Programme enables Girl Guides to develop in 5 areas:

The programmes craft inline to the 5-Point Programme teaches girls vital life skills – such as personal goal-setting, decision-making and team-building – in a safe and supportive environment.
Leadership camps for Company Leaders, Patrol Leaders, Camp training , Girl conference 2018 ,& other school -based leadership camps.
Training sessions: Garden By the Bay Ambassador Programme, GGS Singapore Cancer Society -Smoke Free Ambassador, GGS TTSH Care for the Elderly will be when guides enjoy working for interest badges and awards that will help them develop new skills as well as being prepared to help others through meaningful community service, such as caring for the elderly to volunteering to help the less privileged!
GGS WAGGGS Surf Smart Badge Programme : Guiding creates many opportunities for girls to understand complex issues confronting the world today – such as cyber safety, anti-bullying and environmental sustainability.
Other Proficiency and Interest Badge Programes: More importantly, Guiding provides hands-on activities that equip them with skills to take action by leading and participating in community service projects that make an impact on the community.

Gold Award CCS 1st Coy : 2003 - 2018
Gold Award CCS 2nd Coys(Wef 2006): 2007 -to 2018 - The Baden-Powell Award (BPA) 2017 : 4 Guides were awarded .
- Sustained Achievement Award: Uniform Group (2008 – 2011)
- Be Prepared Quest 2015 (International Competition): 3 Guides were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze Trophies
- Wee Kim Wee Challenge (National level): Champion in 2012 , Runner-up in 2014
- Camp Challenge 2012 (National Event): Awarded for the Best Division
